Looking for Bible studies that will help your financial situation? Here is a sampling of the resources available for you or your small group:

For Adults:

The It’s a New Day Curriculum Series, entitled the “Road to Financial Freedom” Curriculum Series, as developed in partnership between the Southern Baptist Convention and Crown Financial Ministries, is a 4-week, introductory, church-wide outreach program that will teach your church how to handle money God’s way. The series is based on the proven model of preaching God’s financial principles by the pastor; teaching and reinforcing the principles in a small group or Sunday School setting; celebrating victories in the life of the church as a whole and in the lives of church members in meaningful and exciting ways; and modeling and applying personal financial faithfulness as a pastor and church staff.

The Biblical Financial Study, by Crown Financial Ministries in a 10-week in-depth study of what scripture teaches about money and possessions.

Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University is a 13-lesson, life-changing program that teaches you how to make the right decisions with your money. Dave teaches about how to save money, live on a budget, communicate about money, eliminate debt, find bargains, and experience the joy of giving.

Focus on the Family’s Faith-Based Family Finances, written by Ron Blue and Jeremy White, contains common sense, practical tools to help you make good financial decisions year after year.

Managing Our Finances God’s Way, co-developed with Purpose Driven Ministries and Pastor Rick Warren, is a seven-week, video-based, small group study. Features conversations with Rick Warren, Chip Ingram, Ron Blue, Howard Dayton and Chuck Bentley.

For Kids:

Financial Peace Jr. for Kids (Ages 3-12) is Financial Peace University tailored for children ages 3-12. It is a hands-on way to teach children the value of earning money. Includes dry-erase boards to track commission earnings and savings amounts, envelope system (3 separate envelopes), clip-n-carry coin case, Give, Spend, and Save magnets, calculator, and instruction manual/audio CD.

In God We Trust, from Crown Financial Ministries, contains everything a church needs to teach children about stewardship. This four-week study will teach children grades kindergarten to fifth grade how to give, save and spend wisely. The lessons are based on strong financial principles modeled through Scripture.

The ABC’s of Handling Money God’s Way (ages 5-7) and The Secret of Handling Money God’s Way (ages 7-12), in 12 lessons, this Bible-based curriculum uses an interesting story and fun activities to teach kids the basics about money.
